Conducted detailed inspections of three neighbouring properties and prepared thorough Schedules of Condition prior to the start of construction

Worked closely with another surveyor to agree two Party Wall Awards, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the building owner’s and the adjoining owners' rights

On completion of the works, we assessed damage related to the construction and provided independent advice to both parties on the extent of remedial works required
