ARM Property Services was founded in 2017 by Andrew Murtough as he recognised the need for independent, professional and competitively priced advice in what can be a complex area of law which prevents and resolves disputes associated with construction work affecting party walls and neighbouring properties. Andrew has a track record spanning over 35 years in construction industry in a variety of roles which has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of party wall legislation as well as construction design, methodology and relevant legislation.

Andrew Murtough is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and the Pyramus & Thisbe Society. This means that ARM PS adheres to strict codes of conduct and professional values.
