Andrew Murtough is a qualified building surveyor and a chartered construction manager specialising in administering the provisions of the Party Wall etc Act 1996 (the Act) with 25 years of extensive experience acting on behalf of residential, commercial and public sector owners of properties in and around the London.

A proactive, flexible and responsive approach is always taken on behalf of building owners and adjoining owners to ensure disputes are avoided or settled equitably. The negotiation and preparation of licences for access and scaffolding on neighbouring land on behalf of owners can be arranged and rights of light matters assisted with.
